As a veteran broker he brings over 25 years of  involvement and experience in commercial real estate.  He concentrates his efforts as a tenant representative in office, warehouse, and retail negotiations.  He has been active in the acquisition and disposition of  all types of commercial property.  He is considered hard working, resourceful, knowledgeable, and creative.  He looks to work with a client over the long term and would like to earn the right to your business.

Allen received both a Bachelor’s and Master of Business Administration Degree from North Texas State University.  Allen is a Dallas native, married, and has lived in Plano for the past 25 years.

His contributions center around the integration of his skill and experience in the financial aspects of a transaction, overall market knowledge, and strategy of negotiation.  A complete understanding of the entire process is instrumental in structuring the negotiating posture necessary in obtaining the most beneficial transactions for his clients and is even more significant in those transactions where a build-to-suit or joint venture participation is desired.

He has consulted with several companies regarding site sales and acquisitions, profitability analysis of income producing property and other special purpose assignments which require a thorough and complete understanding of the economic, financial, and demographic complexities of real estate.

He has been written up in Dallas Business Journal as a Super Broker, a Heavy Hitter, and was credited with the Best Commercial Real Estate Deal of the Year in 1992.
